  • Black Seeds (Kalonji) 1 tbsp

  • Black Cumin Seeds (Kaala Zeera) 1 tbsp
  • Fennel Seeds (Saunf) 1 tbsp
Grind all these things. After every meal take 1 tb spoon of the mixture with tea (without milk). This will help you lose belly fat and extra calories from the whole body really quickly. Fennel seeds reduce appetite. Black cumin seeds, carom seeds and mint will help to burn fats whereas,  black seeds has cure for every disease.

  • Aloe Vera Gel                                 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander                                 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber                                 1 peeled
  • Ginger                                 1 inch piece
  • Lemon juice                                 1 lemon
Blend these ingredients with one glass water. Add 1 tsp of black seeds. You can have this drink an hour before breakfast every day. You will lose those extra fats from your waist within just one month.  Remember coriander leaves help to lose weight where as the stem increases weight. Also, avoid drinking water immediately after meals.
